Returns

If you need to return an item for any reason, we’re here to help. You have 60 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To start the process, please contact our Customer Experience team via phone, email, or chat. We’ll provide all the information you need to send your return back to our warehouse facility.

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it to confirm it’s in the original condition and packaging. As long as the item meets our return criteria (outlined below), we’ll process a refund based on your original payment method. You can expect to see the credited funds within 5-7 business days after we log your return.

Please note any customized, monogrammed, or special order items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Criteria

We want you to feel confident when purchasing from Perigold. That means we stand behind the quality of our products. However, items must meet the criteria below to be accepted for return:

  • Item is in original condition – not used, worn, or damaged
  • Original packaging and attachments are included
  • Original product labels still attached
  • Item is returned within 60 days of delivery

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on mattresses or pillows if the wrapping has been removed. We also cannot issue refunds if items are returned without their original packaging and labels.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for the return shipping costs to get your item back to our warehouse facility. We recommend sending returns via UPS or FedEx with tracking information and insurance to guarantee safe delivery. Be sure to keep your tracking number handy in case you need to reference it later.

Once received and inspected, we’ll send you an email confirmation that your return is being processed. At that time, applicable refunds will be issued to your original form of payment within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

If you prefer to exchange your purchase for a different item instead of returning, we’re happy to accommodate exchanges as well. You have 60 days from the original ship date to start an exchange. Please contact our Customer Experience team by phone, email or chat so we can coordinate the specifics.

To exchange an item, we ask that you return the original item (following the return shipping guidelines above) and then place a new order for the item you would like instead. Once we receive and verify your returned item meets our return criteria, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
