You can monitor your incoming and outgoing packages throughout the entire delivery process and receive alerts and notifications. You can also call 1.800.GoFedEx 1.800.463.3339 and say “track my package.” Or text “follow” plus your door tag number to 48773.

After you drop off your FedEx package at the USPS, it will typically be held at the USPS location until it can be picked up by a FedEx driver. Once the package is handed over to FedEx, you will typically be able to track its progress using FedEx's tracking system.
How can I request a redelivery? In most cases, FedEx will attempt to deliver your package three times before returning it to the shipper. In case a courier is unable to leave your package, the courier will try to call you to check your availability and attempt the delivery.
FedEx Hold for Pickup allows you to request packages to be held at a FedEx location. You can pick up packages on your schedule at locations that are convenient to where you work or live.

At a local FedEx facility means that your package has arrived at a local FedEx facility and is awaiting the next steps to move toward its final destination. If your package status is 'At a local FedEx facility': Your package is still on its journey.
According to their policy, a package is considered lost if it has not been delivered within five business days of the expected delivery date for FedEx Ground and FedEx Express shipments, or within four weeks for FedEx International shipments.

FedEx Express and Ground Shippers: To support distancing as recommended by the CDC, we request customers that require a Residential pickup explore dropping off at FedEx Drop Box locations. If a Residential pickup is required, please leave package(s) outside the door where possible for pickup.
