    Bacon-Cheese Puff Pie

The Puff Pie was delicious for brunch and the leftovers reheated perfectly the next day for supper. The ketchup had a delicious “kick” to it, which we thought was great, and since it only stores for a short time in the fridge, I froze a portion of it to enjoy later this winter.” —Sue Gronholz
